I loved making this card,using sherri baldys image l coloured the mermaid/fish with promarkers and laid onto a side stepper card.Using punched border and co-ordinating RIBBON & flower blooms near the bottom edges ,then matted & layered my image with wavy die-cuts for the sea waves effect.Then sentiment and glitter card with butterfly on sides of card too.Then put a row of gems round the front edges of the stepper to glitz it up.
